All documents uploaded to the system and that show up as attachments to offers and messages during offer correspondence will be automatically deleted three years after they are uploaded. We advise that you save all needed docs to a device of your choice once offer negotiations have completed.

All offer records including terms and messages will remain in your account indefinitely unless, as the list agent, you delete the listing. 

*We will not delete files uploaded to the system in other areas such as offer instruction templates.
